Manned ticketing desks (+ opening hours) and ticketing machines at Domodossola

Hi all,

I’m looking for the following information about the Domossola railway station, as I haven’t been able to verify this on either the SBB, BLS, RFI, or Trenord websites (sorry in advance if I overlooked something):

1) Is there a manned ticketing desk selling BLS/SBB tickets (specifically: point-to-point-class upgrades)? And if so, what are the opening hours?
2) I assume the answer is yes, but just double-checking: are there ticketing machines for BLS/SBB tickets (specifically: point-to-point-class upgrades)?

There is a ticket office. It will be able to sell tickets to destinations in Switzerland. (As such there is no such thing as an SBB or BLS ticket). There are not going to be Swiss ticket machines.

A class upgrade you can also buy on board.
