Hello. I’m a group leader and I was trying to but a group ticket for 12 persons from Basel to Kandersteg in August. I tried to make the purchase online but I couldn’t because it always says that an error occurred. By clicking on the red time choice button, the page updates and the button becomes gray and unavailable, and it is never possible to move forward. What should I do? Thank you!
