Ticket amount 6X reserved on debit card

Hello,
I have reserved ticket for 2023. Jan. 24 from Interlaken to Firenze using Master Card.
I am so frustrated that 6 times of 160 CHF has been withdrawn from my bank account.
I only received one e-mail that the one ticket (160CHF) is reserved,
but 160*5=800CHF (Total 160*6=960CHF)has been withdrawn, which is a large amount of money and I am so nervous about this.
I hope this is solved as quickly as possible. I will be looking forward to your reply. Thank you.

Usually, reserved amounts will be released again witihin a few hours. If not, please first get in touch with your bank.
