Cancellation of half-fare travelcard, do I get a partial refund?

Hello SBB team

My husband and I bought a one-year half-fare travel card together at the beginning of this year, valid until 2 February 2023, but we will be leaving Switzerland on 30 December 2022. So I would like to ask how to cancel the card and whether the remaining cost is refundable?

And, our libero in Bern will expire on 2 January 2023, do we need to contact you to terminate this contract?

The cancellation is possible through your SwissPass account.

If you feel overwhelmed by doing so, please either see an SBB ticket desk, for example at Bern station, or call the SBB Contact Center.
