Train Bellinzona-Zug with a further trip to Allenwinden. Intention to solve my private matter and go back to Bellinzona on the same day. On the platform: zero info about train being late. In the train: announcement that the train is going to be late 50 minutes. In Arth-Goldau: announcement only in German that the train doesn’t stop in Zug. This I discover from Italian speakers when the train has already departed from Arth-Goldau. The information table doesn’t work. It showed “Altdorf” only at the moment of stop in Arth-Goldau. Now I am forced to go to Zurich and go back to Ticino from Zurich. I used the pass(subscription to any of destinations), not a ticket. What are my rights in this situation?
