I’ve a problem with your site for the purchase a ticket from Gallarate (italy) to La-Chaux-de-fonds (Switzerland).
Whilst I was carrying out the payment for my ticket but the timer expired. So I didn’t receive my ticket by email or whatsoever. I called the bank and they told me that the payment is uncountable and in case the website takes it I have to refuse the payment.
So, can you confirm that the payment was not carried out? If it did, what can I do to have my money back? And how should I proceed to have my ticket without any hazards?
