Cannot buy a ticket for a child

I would like to buy a ticket from Stabio to Malpensa Airport for me and my 4 years daughter. If I try to buy only for myself there is no problem. But if I add my 4 years daughter it says there is no offer. Please note that this issue does not occur if I do the same for my 6 years daughter. Please advice

Here is a special rule for the regional trains from Switzerland to Italy. There is also a special ticket issued therefore applies the child age limit of Switzerland. For your 4 year old child you do not need a ticket.
