The SBB ticket website is awful.
I have been trying for some time to buy tickets from Zurich to Berlin and regardless of which options I choose am unable to do so.

Well which is it? The computer can see that it is not possible to book a ticket but refuses to tell me why?
Ok so then I go back and choose “no preference” for every possible option. Not possible to book still!
How about let’s not bother with reservations? No way of switching that off it seems.
So you’re telling me that all the trains between Zurich and Berlin tomorrow are fully booked, not a single seat left even when departing at 5am?
