I bought tickets for the wrong date and tried to refund them within 30 minutes, with no luck

Hello SBB,

I just bought two tickets for November 3. I meant to buy them for November 1. I tried several times to get a refund within 30 minutes, but I kept getting a message that said “Only tickets costing more than CHF 10 will be refunded….” My tickets cost CHF 52 each, including the Saver Day Pass.

I bought the tickets before I signed up to be a member of SBB.

Please help me get a refund!
