Misleading purchase

Since My friend bought supersaver ticket as shown below, she select GA travel card when she bought day pass ticket (it is her mistake; she did not understand meaning clearly). How will she do with the ticket. Although the cost of ticket with GA and without GA are the same(52 CHF), information presenting on ticket she worried when she go on the train with this purchase. If it is possible to go on the train with this ticket, please confirm for ensuring that this ticket is vlid on the train in the future.

Thank you for your request.

The ticket must always be purchased with the correct discount. If the ticket says only with GA discount, it is not valid if the passenger does not have a GA.
I therefore recommend buying a new ticket with the correct discount / or none at all.

For this ticket, a refund can be applied for according to the instructions.
