Refund a ticket bought from SBB Counter

Hi SBB Community, I bought a ticket for 7 Sep 22 from Geneva Cornavin to Paris Gare De Lyon from the SBB ticket office at Geneva Cornavin railway station. The lady at the counter keyed in the wrong purchase date for me (7 Sep instead of 6 Sep) and it is also my fault that i did not check the date properly. I had to buy a ticket on board the train on 6 Sep. I am currently in Paris and will not be flying off from Switzerland. May i know how to go about reaching the SBB office for refund, I am having difficulties calling the hotline. Thank you so much for your advice and assistance.

Tickets for international travels purchased at the counter can only be exchanged or refunded at the counter itself.

You can apply for a refund of tickets purchased electronically by phoning the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
