I booked a ticket online from Wil SG to Zurich for the date August 6th 2022. I then cancelled my ticket on 2rd August 2022.
The same day I received an email indicating that I will be refuned within 10 days. My request reference is (CS003561871).
Until today I received no refund.
Could you please check?
