We’ve just purchased our tickets (2 tickets) from Luzern to Milan for 25th August 2022. However, after filling in all the details and making the payment (payment has been deducted from our account), we did not receive any confirmation email for our ticket nor could we find it anywhere on your site. We are just wondering if there is anyway we can get our booked tickets or refund. Please kindly assist!
