Money deducted but no tickets

Hello,

I tried buying tickets for 3 persons from Lugano to Venice and when I made the payment the money was deducted from my visa debit card and the ticket generation failed.

What should I do for refund of this failed transaction?

I went ahead and booked again as I needed to reserve the tickets and it was successful 2nd time..

As long as you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail, you can assume that the tickets have not been issued and your means of payment will not be debited. The displayed amount will be automatically released.
