Payment Failure

Hi,

We are a family of 5. 2 Adults and 3 kids under 16 years. We made 2 accounts for Swiss Pass and completed the verifiction process also. Next step we purchased Half Discount card for 1 year. In both the cases, the payment went through but didnt receive any email and it showed payment error.

I checked in this community group, that its getting refunded. Its more than 24 hours and money hasnt come back. We are in a limbo.

Please advice.
