payment error

At around 0:05 AM on July 27th, I tried 4 times to purchase 4 super save tickets from Interacken to Luzern at 08:05 AM on Sept.25th through the SBB app, but the first 3 times failed with a payment error message, and payment was made on the 4th last attempt. I got it. Card payment was approved despite the message “payment error” appeared during the first 3 payment attempts. I kindly request that you do not request payment to your credit card company for 3 payment approvals with payment errors.

As long as you have not received a confirmation email from SBB, the payment has not worked.
I recommend you to wait for the definitive bank statement.

I tried multiple times to buy tickets with 3 different credit cards but unfortunately, it doesn´t let me complete the purchase, there is an error message saying that I need to check my credit card details. Can someone assist me with this situation? I really need to buy these tickets as soon as possible. I appreciate any help that anyone can provide.

What ist the exact error message you receive?

Do your credit cards provide the 3D Security service? It means you have to confirm your purchase with a security code, you receive by email or text message.

Did you try to purchase your ticket on another device or using another browser?
