Rainchang HI, i bought Zurich - Basel point to point ticket 1 class, received online ticket but didn’t show departure train details, is it normal or not? please advise if i need do further action, thanks
EleonoraS Hello Rainchang Thank you for your post. Yes it is normal: a normal priced national ticket ist valid all day for the chosen connection. Only saver and supersaver tickets have a fixed travel time. I wish you a nice day EleonoraS
