'Unexpected error occurred' when buying a ticket

I am trying to buy a ticket from the website. Once tried the payment with Master card, I receive the message ’Unexpected error occurred’. I got the message more than three times every time I tried it.Can you help me to buy the ticket?

I’m very sorry about this: it can happen that the website has an error.

The alternatives in thos cases are using the SBB Mobile App, the ticket machines in every train station or if possible visiting a ticket counter.
