ticket birthday error

I bought a number of 1st class super saver tickets on the SBB wbsite and noticed that one of them had my wife’s birthday wrong. Within the 30 min i tried to find a way of correcting the detail but the SBB website has no obvious means to correct this and no SBB contact email address. SBB help please!!

I cannot call to Switzerland because I reside overseas. My birthdates are wrong on all tickets that I bought even though I had them correct during booking. How can I change this?
