Halfbfare card

i bought the 1 year half fare card yesterday, because i didn’t realise there was a 1 month option for tourists… i chose to add a picture later, as i didnt have one on hand. how do i add the picture? will i receive a card in the mail? what if it doesn’t arrive before i leave for my trip?🙂))

Thank you for your request.

In order to upload a new photo, please log in to swisspass.ch. Under «User account» select «Travelcard». After clicking on «Upload photo now», a map of Switzerland appears with the message «Drag photo here» or «Select». If the upload function is not available, we will be happy to send you a link with a text message. As soon as the Foto is validated, we send the SwissPass card within about 10 days (abroad minimum 14 days).

We do not have information about our customers’ orders, please call our Contact Center +41 848 44 66 88. If you are calling from abroad and this number does not work, please try +41 51 225 78 00.

im worried the picture i sent is not high enough in resolution. will it just be denied and i can then send in another photo. i can’t send another one now, because it says sbb is going through my order and the photo. how long will that process take?🙂)

The process can take up to 14 days. If you want to track the order of the swisspass card or if the photo has been accepted, you can call our contact center 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min.).
