I payed for my tickets and I do not have them

Last saturday I bought tickets (train travel between Zug and Milano) and I cannot see them in my orders.

I called my bank and the payment has been done and I dont have my tickets.

I need to know If I will have a refund and I have to buy the tickets again or I have my tickets but I cannot see them.

We at the Community Team cannot help you in this case. If you did not receive a confirmation email for the purchase, it was usually not completed correctly. If you bought with the login, you can find all tickets in the login on sbb-tickets.cc. For more detailed information, please contact our SBB Contact Center: 0848 44 66 88.

From abroad, you need to call +41 848 44 66 88, but you can also try +41 51 225 78 00.

We do not have an email adress and we cann ot call you.

Here you can fill out a refund form concerning your tickets: Ticket refunds | SBB help & contact but please not it can take up to 4-5 day before you receive an answer, due to the high volume of requests.
