I have seen the other post about this issue, however, after redownloading the app and trying a different browser, an issue still persists and I am trying to purchase the ticket.
I am in the 16 to 25 years category, trying to book the 7:39 train from Geneve to Milano Centrale on Saturday 16.04.2022. I have a half fare travelcard. Please note this issue is persistently occurring on the app, even when I attempt to book other trains. It was not happening 2 weeks ago.
