I have seen the other post about this issue, however, after redownloading the app and trying a different browser, an issue still persists and I am trying to purchase the ticket.

I am in the 16 to 25 years category, trying to book the 7:39 train from Geneve to Milano Centrale on Saturday 16.04.2022. I have a half fare travelcard. Please note this issue is persistently occurring on the app, even when I attempt to book other trains. It was not happening 2 weeks ago.

International travel cannot be booked in our SBB Mobile App. You buy these online at sbb-tickets.cc. If the purchase does not work there due to this error and you have already tried it with another browser, you can contact our specialists via the following form: https://sbb-tickets.cc/en/help-and-contact/customer-service/praise-comments/kritik/ticket-purchase-complaint.html. In this case, we need additional data from you so that we can analyze the error.
