Dear Community, Dear SBB Team,
“I did it again” yesterday - was in the rush running for a bus and was too quick clicking “purchase” and ended up with the 1. Class ticket for a bus ride 😤😂 my own fault, of course.. we should really take enough time to check before buying, but I though this time I will address this matter.
Those who use the SBB App regularly might have noticed that the choice of “class” will remain set from your previous ticket search - is there maybe a simple setting I am missing to prevent this from happening?
Or could the App be set up not to sell you the 1. Class ticket for the Bus ride, where there is no 1. Class?
