Credit card payment error cancellation request !

I bought two tickets from Interlaken to Domodossola two days ago on the SBB website.
But while I got a message that the purchase was unsuccessful, my credit card was approved for payment. That too twice.
I heard that the payment will be canceled within 24 hours, but I haven’t received any action yet.
I need to buy a ticket, but I don’t know how.

The payment is normally cancelled within 24h.

However, in some rare cases, this may take a few days. Therefore, I ask you to be patient for a few more days.

If the purchase of your ticket in the online channel does not work, you can buy it at any station at the machine or if available at the counter.
