Was traveling for business and accidentally bought a 3 day pass instead of to and from airport tickets. The price was 210 CHF.
I discovered the mistake and immediately asked for refund. As I was asking for a refund I did not use the ticket but a colleague purchased another ticket for the both of us.
A week later the refund team gets in touch but say they can only refund if I can show them the tickets I used as the original ticket could have been used for the first those days. I explained that my friend had purchased multiple tickets in his name (as most people do on travel). As they are not in my name they closed my request for refund and “computer says no”. Now I can’t contact them about this case anymore.
So basically I paid 300 Euros for a trip to and from the airport. Complete and utter disgrace.
If you are traveling DO NOT purchase tickets beforehand through the app.
