Exchange ticket

Hi,

I just purchased a Saver Fare ticket from Münich, Germany to St. Gallen, Switzerland. Unfortunately, instead of 28.02. 2022, I booked it on 27.02.2022. I need to take the same train, same time on the 28th so there will be no other changes other than the date, how can I exchange the ticket? The ticket I bought is not refundable but is exchangeable. Can anyone help me with this?

If you bought the ticket from the SBB, you can use this form to ask for an echange: Refund of tickets purchased online and via mobile | SBB help & contact

Better yet, since the validity is today: call directly the SBB Contact Center (+41 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min) they are available 24/7.
