Hello. I recently bought some train tickets for an international journey Germany/Switzerland, I noticed that some letters in the passenger names were changed to “?”. I entered all names as they are in our Latvian passports, which includes the letters “ā”, “ē”, “š” and “ū”. Do I need to contact someone in order to change the names to not have special characters?
