Unable to make payment for Swiss travel pass

We are tourists from INDIA. We are going to visit Switzerland on 5th Feb.

We are trying to buy Swiss travel pass for that but we are unable to make online payment due to some technical issue.

Kindly guide us what to do ASAP.
