larabaeri I have a new phone and tried to link my Swiss Pass to the app multiple times. I enter my Swiss Pass number and the zip code and when I click “link” all it does is charge and nothing else. I’ve already linked my Swiss Pass account, I just can’t link my card. I’ve tried in the app and in two different browsers, but nothing changes. Is there a solution to this problem?
EllenvS Hi larabaeri For data protection reasons, please call us so that we can give you the support you need. SBB Railservice +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min). If you are calling from abroad and this number doesn’t work, please try +41 51 225 78 00. I wish you a great day. EllenvS. Have a nice day. EllenvS.
jswirt EllenvS I’m having the same issue. I found my customer number but neither my zip code (part of my US address) nor my area code (part of my phone number) work for the postcode. I tried both numbers to call but the call will not complete from the US. Can someone help?
jswirt jswirt I tried to call the number, I cannot understand what the message says. I sat on hold for 5 minutes (paying international rates) and no one came on the line. I travel TOMORROW! I’ve been trying to get this fixed for 2 weeks. I’m officially panicking. SBB sends us to Rail Europe, Rail Europe sends us to SBB and no one has any record of our tickets!
cwong47 jswirt were you able to get this resolved? i am having similar issue trying to figure out the postcode….
larabaeri No, I still have problems. I can‘t even link my swiss pass to my swiss pass account. I wrote a support ticket just yesterday because I don‘t have the time to call them…
