Refund of Super Saver Tickets

I was advised that my super saver tickets cannot be refunded. I then read online and SBB confirmed that if I purchase full fare point-to-point tickets they would be able to refund the super saver tickets. I have since purchased Full Fare point-to-point tickets for the same days and same routes and yet no response from SBB regarding refunding my Super Saver tickets. Terrible Service to say the least!

Once you have made the new purchase, you can send us the new order number via contact form on sbb-tickets.cc. We receive many requests every day and due to the number of requests, the answer may take a little longer. You can also contact us by phone 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) to speed up the process.

VlaznimA I did this on Sunday and Mondag and we are already on Friday. Your service level is terrible!
