Family Card Didn't Process

Hello, I just bought a Swiss Half Fare Card for my wife and me, but the Swiss Family Card for my son didn’t process for some reason. Is there some way to get one? Thank you!

You can get de Swiss Family card directly at the booking of your ticket online. If you didn’t get the Swiss Family card while you booked your tickets, I recommend you to go to the ticket counter as soon as you’re in Switzerland and get one there.

SandrineB It turns out I didn’t tick the box verifying our son would be traveling with us at all times, which is why the Family card didn’t get generated. I was able to request a refund, then purchase new Half Fare Cards with Family Card. I lost about $1 in exchange rate fluctuations, but otherwise no harm done. 🙂
