The error should be fixed again. It was a problem with the SwissPass connections. However, I would like to recommend you to re-enter the payment method details on [sbb-tickets.cc,](http://sbb-tickets.cc,) reinstall the app on your mobile phone and log in again. The error should be fixed and you can buy tickets again.
If it still does not work, please send us a screenshot of the error message via the contact form on sbb-tickets.cc so that we can forward it to our IT specialists.
