We hope you had a wonderful Easter holiday and that you arrived home safely.
With this brief but informative blog post, we want to update you on some new features in the purchasing process on SBB.ch. Here are the updates:
- Purchase reservations for bike spaces.
- Purchase of return tickets: Return tickets can now be purchased for the same day as the outbound journey. Returns for other days will be available in a few weeks.
- Feedback tool: Customers can now provide direct feedback during the purchasing process. If something isn’t working in the schedule-based purchase or if you find something inconvenient, please let us know via the feedback tool.
We are thrilled to continuously make improvements throughout the redesign process of the SBB website.
