Hello Rathami
Your understanding of the two passes is correct: the Half Fare Travelcard (1 year) is generally intended for residents, while the Swiss Half Fare Card is designed for tourists. The benefits are the same.
Please note, however, that in the case of Glacier 3000, the reduction of the Swiss Half Fare Card is only granted as far as Col-du-Pillon. The cable car ticket must be purchased on the spot. You can find more information on the official Glacier 3000 website.
With regard to point 3, it depends a lot on what your plans are and whether you have scheduled other destinations in addition to those listed. Taking a look at the area of validity of the Bernese Oberland Pass and comparing it with that of the Swiss Half Fare Card, I would say that the BO Pass you bought is sufficient.
In addition: According to the information found here, you can get a discount on the Bernese Oberland Pass, if you have the Swiss Half Fare Card. For more details, you will find the contacts on the same page.
I wish you an amazing stay in Switzerland,
