Hello, I can't seem to find a way to change or disable the sound of notifications in the mobile app (android). It's even more disturbing now that you've changed it to a whole music track. If it's not existing yet, can you please add a setting to disable or change the sound ? Thank you

Hello @"sjallard"#p96877 Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the behaviour as I have an iOS device and no music track appears there (only the SBB Ding Dong). But I would be happy to ask the developers. Can you tell me which Android device (manufacturer & model), which operating system version and which SBB Mobile version you are using? According to my Google research, Android should offer the option of individually defining the sound of notifications for all apps. It is possible to change the notification settings for the SBB Mobile app. As I said before, go to the phone settings (not the SBB Mobile app settings), enter 'SBB Mobile' in the search index and choose the 'SBB Mobile app'. Then, - go to 'Notifications' - set it to: 'allow Notifications' - choose whether you want to mute the app's notifications, or allow sound & vibrations - go to 'Notification categories' (at the bottom of the page) - tap on 'Notification categories' - activate 'Disruption & change information' - tap on 'Disruption & change information' - tap on 'Sound' to change the sound _Important: to change these settings, you must have received at least once a notification from SBB Mobile._ Kind regards, Roland

Thank you for your reply. Not on my system; I can only disable the notification altogether. But I guess we're only a small portion of the users, with such older systems..? Hello @"sjallard"#p97192 Yes, it may well be that older Android models do not enable the functions for individual sound customisation. With Android, there may also be differences between the various manufacturers. The music is the one from the hidden game in the timetable (EasterEgg "Catch the Train"). How to get to the game: - Enter the same place or station for "From" and "To" - Then tap several times on the picture of the woman/man - and the game starts. An Android code for the notifications probably uses the music file of the game instead of the music file of the notifications as with iOS. Hello @"sjallard"#p97463 I was asked from which store you installed SBB Mobile? SBB Mobile only offers support for the Google Play Store and the Apple Store. If the installation is carried out via other stores, deviations or bugs cannot be ruled out, as these are not supported by SBB Mobile. Kind regards, Nicole
