Visp to Zermatt booking error message

Hello, I am planning to travel from Interlaken to Zermatt on Oct 23. I can book the trains through to Visp but Visp to Zermatt has the error message ‘Unfortunately, an error has occurred’. Does anyone know if trains will be running from Visp to Zermatt? If not, are there alternative busses/another option to get to Zermatt?

Furthermore, unless you want to book a Saver ticket, there is no need to purchase the tickets that far in advance.

Tickets for the updated itinerary will be available for purchase from 04 September.
