Train is cancelled.

Hi,
I just receive an email, said that my journey from Interlaken Ost to Lucerne was cancelled due to timetable change and „Bahnstreckenunterbruch“. Can I just use my ticket for the alternative connection? If not, how to get replacement ticket?

The line is interrupted due to flooding in Brienz. So part of the trip is going to be on a rail replacement bus. You do not need to do anything. Your ticket is of course valid for that replacement bus.
Just look for the signs pointing you to the bus in Interlaken. There is staff on site to help you.
